Highlights till now :

Have started doing Dnd weekly! Every Friday is either B’s campaign, Hubby’s campaign or a one shot! A and K have agreed to join Hubby’s campaign! So now we have two campaigns with them.

Last Friday M ran a one shot from a book series she loves (Sarah j. Mas). She was very excited! Her and B came early and she prepped all her characters. I made a Yuan-ti who used to be a really highly rated courtesan. Hubby was a barbarian fairy! He was really funny. B played a sugar glider ranger and A played an orc cleric. It ran for a long time and I think M was pretty ready for it to be done by the end of it.

Last Sunday I was feeling really down and hubby tried his best to cheer me up. He held me and soothed me in the bathroom. Then we went to the mall and we made a sylveon build a bear together! We had a lot of fun dressing her up together. Then we went to indigo and bought some fantasy romance books! (for me mainly). It was a really good high that I needed when I was with him.

Found a cool air hockey thing for the kids it’s just don’t have anything that I can pick it up with. I would need like a pickup truck.

On the 9 we did spelljammers campaign! A and I really wanted to bang the celestial who came to destroy our ship. I missed it by one point on a roll! Then we tried to kill him and almost had him he had 9 health left before we all party died. Apparently it was supposed to happen but it was still a bit of a bummer.

I worked a bit on the present mic cosplay with B that weekend too! Went to Abbotsford and had to get whole new designs. But it ended up working out! Was able to cut everything out so far at least.

Binged through haikyuu again with my dad! Finished where they beat ushijima! Such a good show! Definitely had dad and doughter bonding time.

Been working on making a dnd one shot I will run with hubby and then make a book out of! It’s Anastasia themed so been doing a lot of research on slav myths and her families backgrounds/history.
